Constructed during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic where lockdowns, restrictions and uncertainties took hold, the design team including excellent contractors worked through the problems, implementing strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all involved.
Perched on Cove Hill overlooking the serene Baltimore Harbor and the rugged mountains of West Cork, this house is a testament to our practice’s commitment to contemporary, coastal architectural design. The clean lines and angular forms of the structure create a striking contrast against the natural backdrop nestling in nicely amongst the existing tree line.
Large, floor-to-ceiling windows capture breathtaking vistas, while a clever use of plan ensured natural light penetrated deep into the interior.
