Ground Broken: Construction Commences on New Home in Macroom 

We’re thrilled to announce the commencement of construction on a new one-off residence in Macroom, Co. Cork. This exciting project marks the beginning of a year-long journey to create a truly exceptional home for our clients.

Work has officially begun with the crucial first step: excavating for the foundations. We’re implementing a passive-house standard insulated foundation system, a cornerstone of our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. This innovative approach will significantly reduce the home’s environmental impact and ensure maximum comfort for the homeowners.

Over the next 12 months, we will meticulously oversee every stage of construction, from the laying of the foundations to the finishing touches.
