The original house at Garryhankard was constructed in the early 19th Century and was used at various times as a parochial house. It was extended significantly in the late 1990’s with additions of a swimming pool suite, formal dining room, reception rooms and offices.
FMP Architects were appointed architects and project managers for the restoration completed in June 2017. The restoration included replacement of all roof finishes to the main house, swimming pool annex and offices; repair and replacement of sliding sash timber windows; structural repairs throughout; remodelling and refitting of all bathrooms; redecoration throughout.
